Refunds and Returns

Please review Dreamwick’s Candle Co. return policy before initiating a return. 

Returns can be made for items that have been purchased on www.dreamwickcandleco.com within 30 days of receiving the item only if the item is unused and in its original condition.

The customer will be responsible for shipping costs if returns are made. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally made during purchase. Refunds will be processed once returns have been received. Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to appear in your account. 

If your item is damaged during shipping, please email info@dreamwickcandleco.com with a description and photo of the damaged item.
